Our Location

Our office is located in the Broadacres Building in downtown Seattle east of the Pike Place Market. Our address is 1601 Second Avenue (on the northwest corner of Second Avenue and Pine Street, above the Nordstrom Rack). We are on the sixth floor in Suite 610.

Parking

Parking is available one block east of our building in the Macy's parking garage. Enter the garage from Stewart Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenues (please note: Stewart street is one-way, westbound).

Other parking lots are available near our office, although the Macy's garage is the most affordable for those who will need parking for just a few hours. Metered parking is available on the streets around our building.

Getting Here from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport

If you are driving to our office from SeaTac Airport, as you exit the airport, follow signs to I-5 Northbound. Once you are on Northbound I-5, follow the directions to our office, below.

Getting Here by Car

From Southbound I-5: Take the Union Street exit (number 165B), continue straight onto Union Street. Turn right onto 4th Avenue. Turn left onto Stewart. Cross 3rd Avenue and turn left into the Macy's parking garage or explore other parking options.
From Northbound I-5: Take the Seneca Street exit (number 165 - on the left). Merge onto Seneca Street. Turn right onto 4th Avenue. Turn left onto Stewart Street. Cross 3rd Avenue and turn left into the Macy's parking garage or explore other parking options.
From Southbound WA-99: Take the ramp towards Denny Way/Downtown. Stay straight to go onto Aurora Ave N. Aurora Avenue N becomes Wall Street. Turn left onto 2nd Avenue. Turn left onto Virginia Street. Turn right onto 3rd Avenue. Turn right onto Stewart and immediately turn left into the Macy's parking garage or explore other parking options.
From Northbound WA-99: Take the Seneca Street ramp exiting to downtown Seattle. Turn left onto 1st Avenue. Turn right onto Virginia Street. Turn right onto 3rd Avenue. Turn right onto Stewart Street and immediately turn left into the Macy's parking garage or explore other parking options.
